US Shipping Fee:
Orders under $30 (after promotion or discount and shipping within the contiguous United States) will be charged a $5 flat shipping fee. These orders will be shipped using the FedEx SmartPost and typically take 4-7 business days for delivery.
Orders between $30 and $100 (after promotion or discount and shipping within the contiguous United States) ship free using the FedEx SmartPost and typically take 4-7 business days for delivery.
Orders over $100 (after promotion or discount and shipping within the contiguous United States) ship free using FedEx Express Saver shipping and typically take 3-4 business days for delivery.
We offer paid shipping options including FedEx 2nd Day (2 Business Days) and FedEx Overnight (1 Business Day). Please note that these delivery timelines refer to business days only (Monday through Friday) and do not include weekends. For example, an order shipped via FedEx Overnight on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday.
Canada Shipping Fee:
All orders shipping to Canada will ship with FedEx.
The shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.
Any duties or fees charged on the package upon delivery are not included in the shipping fee.
Shipping Notice:
Orders are usually processed within 0–1 business day. If your order is placed after the processing window, it will ship the following business day. If there is an issue with the shipping address, we will reach out to you to verify the details. Your order will be shipped once we receive your confirmation.
For special shipping requests, please use our Contact form to reach us before the order is shipped out.
If you enter a wrong address contact geekgoshopping Support. We will contact the shippers to solve the problem.
If you need to change the address after the order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that your order can be rerouted to the new address.
If any FedEx or USPS delays occur you can use our Contact form to reach out to us, and we will contact the shipping company to help resolve the issue.
Shipping Providers:
Orders are shipped using FedEx or United States Postal Service (USPS).
Shipment times depend on product availability.
Shipments to PO Boxes will be shipped through USPS.
Orders to Puerto Rico will be shipped by USPS and delivery time will be slightly longer.
Signature Requirement:
For orders over $399.99, we require a signature upon delivery.
This is to ensure the safe receipt of your order and to prevent potential loss or theft.
Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after delivery the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service to make sure you send the package to the right address.
Notes
Custom-order or personalised items do not have a right to 14 days refund.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.;
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@geekgoshopping.com.
